Wolf Eel! →
Saw this on Oregon Field Guide a few weeks ago (by the way, if you don’t live in Oregon, I offer you this challenge: Watch a few episodes of Oregon Field Guide and try not to be overcome with the urge to move here) and I had to post it here. Because, as I see it, the wolf eel simply must be the most metal of all eels.
Like most everyone else, I’m pretty much over discussing the late night wars (for now, at least). But, a week has passed since Conan’s last show and I’m still amazed by how pitch-perfect the sendoff was. Goofy, endearing, weird, hilarious, fun—a fitting ending.

I have a huge meeting in Las Vegas next month. For the first time in forever, I’m not giving a big presentation (just introducing a couple of programs) and I’ve managed to suppress my control-freak instincts enough to hopefully enjoy being a participant.

Stanley Hainsworth
After only talking to him on the phone previously, I finally had the opportunity to meet Stanley Hainsworth today. His firm, Tether, has done some terrific work for us, most notably for The Grove School. He also worked with a couple of buddies of mine during his time at nike.
